**Signature Massage**
A custom blend of techniques, pressure, and pace — drawn from more than 15 years of experience. This intuitive session may incorporate Swedish, myofascial, neuromuscular therapy, cranial sacral or subtle energy work depending on your needs. Doterra essential oils, organic shea butter and coconut oil are used during the session with a heated table to melt your stress away and enrich your skin.

**Deep Tissue Massage**
Focused, specific work to address chronic tension, injuries, or postural issues. Ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone carrying deep physical stress.

**Ashiatsu-Deep Tissue Massage**
This session is for those seeking the deepest work and incorporates the myofascial, cranial sacral and Ashiatsu, which originated in Japan and allows me to use the strength and control of my legs to provide deep tissue work without the same pain as some regular deep tissue work. My table will be dropped to the floor for part or all of the session and I use my heels and feet for glides and pressure. This is bodywork. All sessions will end with the gentle cranial work to help reboot your nervous system to aid in self healing well after the session is over. Clients spines often self adjust during or after session. Ideal for larger individuals, athletes or those needing deeper hip, quad or ham work.
